Location:
1020 VIENNA, LASSALLESTRASSE 11.  Four minutes from Stephansplatz (city centre), 3 min. to the VIC (Vienna International Centre). The nearest bank is on the opposite side of the street and a tobacconist's shop (tobacco products, newspapers, car parking vouchers) is situated in the same building as the apartment, the supermarket just around the corner, another supermarket at "Praterstern", which is only one underground stop away, is open around the clock.

Services:
Cleaning of the apartment upon request: 0.70 Euro per m² of the apartment (change of towels and bed linen not included). Change of bed linen and towels upon request: 10 Euro per person. (1 set of bed linen, 1 shower towel, 2 towels). The prices quoted in the price list include end-of-stay cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels at intervals of around 14 days. Internet access activation: € 1,- per day. Bookable for the whole duration of stay only.

Minimum Booking
In the week before Easter and in the time around Christmas and New Year (Dec. 20 –Jan. 01.) the minimum booking is 5 nights.

Cancellation Provisions and Fees
Cancellation no later than 14 days prior to the agreed date of arrival is free of charge. In the case of cancellations later than 14 days prior to arrival, Vienna Apartments shall charge a cancellation fee in the amount corresponding to
the rate payable for three nights in the booked apartment according to our price list. If no deposit was paid, the amount shall be debited to the credit card indicated by the person booking the accommodation. If, on the day of arrival, the guest fails to appear at the time and place agreed upon without having phoned Vienna Apartments in advance, the booking shall be deemed cancelled and cancellation fees shall be charged.
You authorize the apartment managers to debit the costs of the first 3 nights according to the price list below, if you do not cancel your reservation at least in 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival.

Prices (Euro):

Starting from the 15^th night 69 Euro will be charged per night.
