Distances:
Close to underground station "Ottakring" (approx. 300 m), station of trams 46 and J around the corner (to go to the city centre), 13 min. to Stephansplatz (city centre).
The outstanding public traffic infrastructure (U3) makes it possible to live on the outskirts of the city and get into the city centre in only 15 minutes.
The apartment is located in a low-traffic area with good infrastructure. There are several supermarkets, restaurants, snack bars and shops as well as numerous idyllic "Heurigen" where the original Viennese tradition is still alive. One noteworthy example is 10er Marie, Vienna's oldest "Heurigen" which is classified as an historical monument.
The nearby Vienna Woods offer you seemingly endless opportunities for walks, hikes and mountain biking..

Public Transport
The station "Ottakring" of the underground line U3 and of the local railway line S45 is approximately 300 meters away from the house. It only takes a 15 minutes ride on the U3 to get into the city centre. The U3 connects to the underground lines U1, U2, U4 and U6.
The stop "Maroltingergasse" of the trams 46 and J (both go to "Ringstrasse" / city centre) and 10 (direction Hietzing and Dornbach) are just around the corner.

Parking Facilities
You can park your car free of charge directly in Lorenz-Mandlgasse.

Services:
Cleaning of the apartment upon request: 0.70 Euro per sq.m of the apartment (change of towels and bed linen not included). Change of bed linen and towels upon request: Euro 10 per person (1 set of bed linen, 1 shower towel, 2 towels). Internet access activation: 1 Euro per day. Bookable for the whole duration of stay only.

Minimum Booking
In the week before Easter and in the time around Christmas and New Year (Dec. 20 –Jan. 01.) the minimum booking is 5 nights.

Cancellation Provisions and Fees
Cancellation no later than 14 days prior to the agreed date of arrival is free of charge. In the case of cancellations later than 14 days prior to arrival, Vienna Apartments shall charge a cancellation fee in the amount corresponding to
the rate payable for three nights in the booked apartment according to our price list. If no deposit was paid, the amount shall be debited to the credit card indicated by the person booking the accommodation. If, on the day of arrival, the guest fails to appear at the time and place agreed upon without having phoned Vienna Apartments in advance, the booking shall be deemed cancelled and cancellation fees shall be charged.
You authorize the apartment managers to debit the costs of the first 3 nights according to the price list below, if you do not cancel your reservation at least in 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival.
