Location:
1170 VIENNA, HERNALSER GUERTEL 43-47. The block of three adjacent houses was built around 1900 in the period called "Gruenderzeit". Large and high rooms are characteristic for the architecture of that time. Soundproof windows have been installed in all of our apartments to reliably protect you from the traffic noise of the Guertel, one of Vienna's main traffic routes.

Services:
Cleaning of the apartment upon request: 0.70 Euro per m2 of the apartment (change of towels and bed linen not included).Change of bed linen and towels upon request: 10 Euro per person (1 set of bed linen, 1 shower towel, 2 towels). The prices quoted in the price list include end-of-stay cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels at intervals of around 14 days.

Minimum Booking
In the week before Easter and in the time around Christmas and New Year (Dec. 20 –Jan. 01.) the minimum booking is 5 nights.

Cancellation Provisions and Fees
Cancellation no later than 14 days prior to the agreed date of arrival is free of charge. In the case of cancellations later than 14 days prior to arrival, Vienna Apartments shall charge a cancellation fee in the amount corresponding to
the rate payable for three nights in the booked apartment according to our price list. If no deposit was paid, the amount shall be debited to the credit card indicated by the person booking the accommodation. If, on the day of arrival, the guest fails to appear at the time and place agreed upon without having phoned Vienna Apartments in advance, the booking shall be deemed cancelled and cancellation fees shall be charged.
You authorize the apartment managers to debit the costs of the first 3 nights according to the price list below, if you do not cancel your reservation at least in 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival.
