Soundproof windows have been installed in all of our apartments to reliably protect you from the traffic noise of the Guertel, one of Vienna's main traffic routes.

Cleaning of the apartment upon request: 0.70 Euro per m2 of the apartment (change of towels and bed linen not included). Change of bed linen and towels upon request: 10 Euro per person (1 set of bed linen, 1 shower towel, 2 towels). The prices quoted in the price list include end-of-stay cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels at intervals of around 14 days.
