Persoana care face rezervarea va fi considerata ca fiind "oaspetele" chiar daca nu face rezervarea pentru nevoile sale personale ci inchiriaza apartamentul pentru altcineva.
Inchirierea apartamentului include de fapt toate preturile necesare pentru electricitate, apa si incalzire si pentru schimbarea asternuturilor si a prosoapelor la un interval de 10-14 zile.
Curatenia apartamentului sau schimbul asternuturilor se face numai la cerere si va fi taxata suplimentar.

Fumatul si accesul cu animale in apartamentele nostre sunt permise.

Conditii de rezervare
Perioada minima de rezervare a oricarui apartament de-al nostre este de 3 zile/nopti consecutive.
Insa in saptamana de dinainte de Paste si in perioada Craciunului si a Anului nou(20 decembrie – 1 ianuarie) perioada minima de rezervare este de 5 nopti.
Inchirierea apartamentelor se poate face, in exclusivitate, de catre cel care face rezervare prin una din urmatoarele metode:
Prin furnizarea unui numar de card, data expirari cardului si numele posesorului cardului[evideent a unui card valid] la sosirea oaspetelui.
Prin furnizarea acestor detalii persoana ce face inchirierea ne autorizeaza de asemenea la debitarea cardului cu eventualele taxe de renuntare in situatia care se face o renuntare la rezervare.
In exceptional cases: By bank transfer of a deposit in the amount corresponding to the rate payable for three nights in the booked apartment according to our price list. All banking charges shall be borne by the persons booking. In cases of cancellations free of charge, Vienna Apartments shall re-transfer the deposit less a processing fee of € 20.-- to an account indicated by the person booking. Again, all banking charges shall be borne by the person booking. In cases of cancellations incurring charges or no-shows on the part of the guest, the deposit shall be forfeited.

Cancellation Provisions and Fees
Cancellation no later than 14 days prior to the agreed date of arrival is free of charge.
In the case of cancellations later than 14 days prior to arrival, Vienna Apartments shall charge a cancellation fee in the amount corresponding to the rate payable for three nights in the booked apartment according to our price list. If no deposit was paid, the amount shall be debited to the credit card indicated by the person booking the accommodation.
If, on the day of arrival, the guest fails to appear at the time and place agreed upon without having phoned Vienna Apartments in advance, the booking shall be deemed cancelled and cancellation fees shall be charged.

Early Departure
If a guest announces that he or she wants to depart before the end of the period booked for, Vienna Apartments shall refund all payments already made for the period after the guest’s departure, provided that the actual date of departure is announced at least 14 days in advance.

Vienna Apartments shall either transfer this amount to a bank account indicated by the guest, in which case the guest shall bear all banking charges, or pay the amount out in cash at the office of Vienna Apartments on a date and time agreed upon in advance.

Modalities upon Arrival and Departure
Arrival (Check-In)
Check-in is possible as from 10:00 a.m., however, Vienna Apartments cannot guarantee that the cleaning of the apartment is finished before 2:00 p.m.
As Vienna Apartments does not have a permanently manned reception office, exclusively the following two check-in procedures are offered:
„Self-Check-In“ (no additional costs)
The guests come to the office of Vienna Apartments within an agreed time frame of 2 hours between 10:00 a.m. and 11 p.m. The office is located in the 16th district, in Lorenz-Mandlgasse 62.
A member of the Vienna Apartments Team assists the guests in all required administrative tasks (completion of the guest registration form acc. para 6.1, payment of the invoice), answers any questions the quests may have and hands out the apartment keys.
Then, the guests go to their apartment by themselves.
„Pick-Up & Check-In Service“ (additional costs according to price list)
Vienna Apartments organises a taxi that picks up the guests from their place of arrival in Vienna and brings them directly to their apartment.
The administrative requirements (completion of the guest registration form acc. para 6.1, payment of the invoice) are met on the spot.
These costs depend on the pick-up location and on the location of the booked apartment.
The “Pick-Up & Check-In Service” includes the following services:
Picking up the apartment key from the Vienna Apartments office
Picking up the guest at an agreed meeting point
Transporting the guests and their luggage to the booked apartment
Assisting the guests in carrying the luggage to the apartment
Completing the guest registration form and collecting the rent for the apartment
Returning the guest registration form to the Vienna Apartments office

Departure (Check-Out)
The guests are requested to vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m., taking with them all their personal property.
Should the guests fail to check out by this time without having agreed on a later check-out with Vienna Apartments, the price for one additional night shall be charged.
Before leaving the apartment, the guests shall place the money for the telephone charges accrued next to the telephone (every apartment with a telephone is equipped with a meter; upon check-in, the guests are given instructions how to operate the meter) and put the keys in the apartment in a clearly visible manner.
Then, the guests shall close the door to the apartment from the outside.

Payment
The full amount of the apartment rent is payable upon handing over of the key. In the case of bookings for more than 2 months, monthly payment in advance is possible.

Accepted Modes of Payment for „Self-Check-In“
In the case of “Self-Check-In”, Vienna Apartments accepts:
Cash payment in euros
Austrian debit cards: Quick, ATM (Maestro)
International debit cards: Maestro
Credit cards: Visa, DinersClub, Mastercard

Accepted Modes of Payment for „Pickup & Check-In Service“
For organisational reasons, Vienna Apartments accepts exclusively the following in the case of Pickup & Check-In Service:
cash payment in euros
Vienna Apartments does not accept cheques or foreign currencies.

Provisions Relating to the Uninhabitability or Unavailability of Apartments
Should it turn out that the apartment is not in a reasonably fit state for use or unavailable because of defects, maintenance work or other operational requirements, Vienna Apartments shall have the right to assign another apartment to the guest provided that the substitute apartment is at the same location and of at least the same size and costs as the booked apartment. In such case, the rate for the apartment booked originally shall be charged.
If no such apartment is available, Vienna Apartments shall try to offer reasonable alternatives at favourable conditions.
The guest may either select one of the alternative offers or cancel his or her booking free of charge.
In such case, Vienna Apartments guarantees to refund all payments made for services not consumed.
Any further liability shall be excluded.

All complaints and defects shall be reported without delay so that Vienna Apartments can arrange for a solution of the problem as fast as possible.
